Facility Details
Size: 2,000 square feet
Amenities - Spacious dance floor, two restrooms, mini kitchenette with fridge and microwave, couch lounge area.
Food & Beverage Rules:
Food is permitted for the event; however, the renter is responsible for ensuring all food is professionally packaged and served to prevent stains and damage to furniture and floors. Care should be taken to avoid strong staining foods, and adequate utensils must be provided to maintain a clean area and prevent spillage.

Rental Breakdown

Facility Rental Cost
- Standard rate: $150 per hour (minimum of 3 hours)

Kitchenette/Lounge Area Rental Cost
This is an optional add on.

Security Deposit
- Amount: $200
- Refundable upon inspection post event for any damages or excessive cleaning. -
Dance Instructor/Host
- Rate: $100 per hour
- Duration: 1 hour
- Total: $100 -
Cleaning and Maintenance Fees
- $150
- The renter shall maintain cleanliness during their use of the facility and be responsible for ensuring the removal of trash, personal property and debris from the facility. This fee is charged to the renter and is a requisite condition of the rental agreement, regardless of the renter’s agreement to clean. Ensuring the facility remains in optimal condition for future users.

Instructor Rental
The dance studio space is available to rent to other instructors for class only for a certain fee as well. Please reach out to us to discuss your needs and inquire about price.
Additional Notes
Please provide a final headcount for the party at least one week before the event.
A signed rental agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance must be paid the day of the event.
Deposit
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable event, a security deposit is required. The deposits will be applied toward your total balance and are essential in covering any damages or excessive cleaning required after your event. It is expected that the rented space is returned in a clean and satisfactory condition; failure to do so may result in a portion of your deposit being utilized for deep cleaning services. For larger events, proof of insurance is required and can be provided via a certificate of insurance naming Stepz Dance Studio as an additional insured party. Your event must comply with general use policies: the renter must be a minimum of 18 years of age, and both a primary and a secondary contact must be provided, with the renters being responsible for ensuring compliance with all outlined policies. Cancellation fees will apply for parties of 50 or more, at a standard rate of $200 if canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event.
