12-Month Commitment/Discounted Annual Agreement

By enrolling in our dance studio under our autopay membership dues, you agree to a discounted monthly tuition by subscribing to our annual agreement. This agreement includes your authorization to run your credit card on our automatic billing cycle each month for the selected tuition fees. Your membership is valid for one year from the date of enrollment and will be automatically renewed unless cancelled in writing/email as per the conditions described below.

Month-To-Month Option

For members who prefer a month-to-month arrangement, you have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day notice. This option allows you to enjoy the benefits of the studio on a more flexible basis.

Purchases & Payments

Membership dues are to be paid in advance, monthly. By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge your card each month for the specified membership amount. Payment is non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment information is up-to-date to avoid any disruptions to your membership.

Late Fee

Tuition is due on the 27th of each month. Anyone who has not paid by the 1st of the month will be assessed a $15 late fee to their account.

Annual Agreement & Cancellation Policy

Under the annual agreement, your membership is continuous and subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled. To cancel your membership, a 30-day notice must be provided to us in writing or via email. Once the notice is received, your membership will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

Early Termination Policy

In the event of early termination of the annual contract, an early termination fee will be incurred. As a benefit of signing an annual commitment and enjoying discounted rates, premature cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the discount. To exit the contract early, a payment equivalent to 3 months of membership at the full rate will be required to release you of your commitment. We kindly remind you that failure to make payments by closing credit card accounts or neglecting to update your payment method after unsuccessful transactions may result in the credit agencies being notified.
